Responsibilities:
- Install various types of fencing including wood, vinyl, and chain-link.
- Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper installation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service during installations and interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fence installation or related construction field.
- Strong knowledge of fencing materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
